Cancellation Policies

  • I will give the option to reschedule or a full refund.

  • The student can reschedule the lesson any time outside of 24 hours through the e-mail confirmation (keep those e-mails!). Sorry, no refunds!

  • The lesson cannot be rescheduled. Sorry, no refunds!

  • We still need to end at the scheduled time. Sorry, no refunds!

  • This will not typically happen, but you never know! If you show up and I’m not there for some reason, I will provide a full refund AND offer to reschedule the lesson for free. If I’m late, I will give you the option to do the full lesson, or get a partial refund for the missed time.
